Your Athlete Stats

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Your Athlete Stats (“we,” “us”) operates https://www.yourathletestats.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our weekly athlete stat sheet service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you subscribe or manage a sheet, we may collect:

• Parent / account info: name, email address, and optional phone number
• Athlete info you provide: name, jersey number, position, college, and sport (Volleyball, Hockey, or Baseball)
• Extra family emails you add so others can receive the same weekly sheet
• Messages you send through our Need Help form (name, email, and message)
• Sign-in related data when we email a one-time magic link to manage your subscription

We cover college teams with public stats only — not club or high school. Stat numbers on sheets come from public college sources, not from private school records you upload.

How we use it

• Create and email your weekly stat sheet
• Run your subscription account (including manage / cancel / pause)
• Send sign-in links and service emails
• Respond to support requests
• Operate and improve the site and service

Who helps us

We use trusted companies to run the service. They process information on our behalf:

• Wix — website hosting and subscriber records (CMS)
• Resend — sending weekly sheets, magic links, and support-related email
• Cloudflare — Worker hop that helps route form and service requests securely

These providers are not allowed to use your personal information for their own marketing. Checkout on this site is currently a demo; we do not process real card payments until we say otherwise on the site.

We don’t sell personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their advertising.

Magic links and account access

To manage your sheet, we email a one-time sign-in link to the address you subscribed with. Anyone with that link can access the account until it expires, so keep the email private. Sign out when you’re done on a shared device.

How long we keep it

We keep subscription and contact information while your subscription is active, and for a reasonable time afterward for backups, support, and legal or operational needs. You can ask us to delete your information (see below).

Your choices

• Cancel or pause anytime from the Manage page (or use Need Help)
• Update athlete or family email details after signing in to Manage
• Use the Need Help form on our homepage to correct or delete your personal information, or ask what we have on file

Children

This service is aimed at parents and guardians of college athletes. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
