Your Athlete Stats (“we,” “us”) operates https://www.yourathletestats.com. By using this site or signing up for a weekly stat sheet, you agree to these terms.
Your Athlete Stats emails a weekly stat sheet for one college athlete you name. We currently cover Volleyball, Hockey, and Baseball for college teams with public stats. We do not cover club or high school teams. Extra family emails can receive the same sheet at no extra charge when that feature is available on your plan.
You must be a parent, guardian, or other adult acting for yourself when you subscribe. Do not sign up if you are under 18 unless a parent or guardian is creating and managing the account.
Checkout on this site is currently a demo. We do not process real payment charges until we clearly state otherwise on the site. When paid billing is live, the subscription price is $5 per month for one athlete’s weekly emailed sheet, unless we post a different price.
You can cancel (or pause emails, when available) from the Manage page using the sign-in link we email you, or by contacting us. Easy signup, easy cancel. When paid billing is live, canceling stops future charges according to how billing is set up at that time; we will not claim a season-long lock.
Use the site and emails for their intended purpose. Don’t try to break or overload the service, scrape in a way that harms the site, misuse magic links, harass others, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or end access if these terms are abused.
Site design, branding, sample sheets, and our written content belong to Your Athlete Stats or our licensors. Public game stats remain subject to the rights of their original publishers. You may use your emailed sheet for personal / family use; don’t republish our site content as your own product.
The site and sheets are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a sheet. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (or $15 if you haven’t paid us, such as during a demo).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict rules.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
